Connie’s Cottage In Saybrook Township OH

Location………This is a lake side cottage with access to a private beach. Its located approximately half way between Geneva on the lake and Ashtabula Harbor in Saybrook Twp.

Amenities…….This is a small cottage set second back from the Lake. You can see lake from the kitchen and  from the deck. It has cathedral ceilings throughout with a sky light in the living room along with a recliner and sofa bed, there is have a TV with a VCR, but no cable. For entertainment at the cottage there is a cd/ boom box and several games and puzzles you can use. There are 2 bedrooms size 8 by 8 one has a double bunk that could sleep 4 young children. The back bedroom has a new white metal full size bed that you can hear the lake hitting the shore as it lulls you to sleep. There is a livngroom kitchen combination that has a microwave, stovetop, toaster oven and all the utensils you would need. You can even use the mountain pie makers and hot dog sticks if you have a beach fire. The beach is private with no lifeguards on duty, so you swim at your own risk.

Prices……..600.00 per week

With a 100.00 deposit to hold the rest being due 2 weeks before your stay so the check has time to clear.
